» Beypore Beach (Kerala) - The beach at Beypore is a
small one near the town of Kozhikode. A picturesque beach, Beypore has shot
into fame for its ship building and boat building industries.

Cherai Beach (Kerala) - 45 kms from Ernakulam city, this lovely beach
bordering Vypeen islands is considered ideal for swimming. Dolphins are
occasionally spotted in the place. A typical Kerala village with paddy
fields and coconut groves nearby is an added attraction.
» Mahabalipuram Beach (Tamil Nadu) - Apart from the
cold waves and soft sand, a few fascinating monuments further beautifies
Mahabalipuram beach. The beach is well known for the Shore temple, Arjuna's
Penance and Five Rathas temple all of which are located on the beach. One of
the longest and cleanest beaches of India, Mahabalipuram beach is 20 kms
long.
» Marina Beach (Tamil Nadu) - Popularly known as one
of the longest beaches in the world, Marina's 12-km long stretch is a major
crowd puller. Golden sand, good surfing opportunities and a shimmering clear
blue sea water is enough to lure a beach lover to this magnificent beach.
Tourists also throng the Marina during early morning and evenings to have a
glimpse of the splendid sunrise and sunset views.
