The Cochin International Airport is located at a distance of some 70
kms from Kumarakom Lake Resort. The Trivandrum Airport is located some 175
kms away from the resort. The nearest railhead is Kottayam located just 16
kms away from the resort. It is worth mentionable that to reach the resort
situated across the lake, tourists would have to take a boat ride from the
Muhamma boat jetty. The bridge over the lake is still under construction.
